Refund policy

Returns:

At CryoSnap, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy wit your order, we're here to help. 

You have 14 days from the date you receive your CryoSnap product to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • TO initiate a return please contact us at: support@cryosnap.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • Please note: Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrive damaged or defective. 

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.

Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your CryoSnap product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@cryosnap.store.
  • We may request photo proof of the issue
  • Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Gift Cards (If offered)
